A typical Saturday night at Centennial Park in Holly Hill Florida with NA Daytona members meeting for a 12 step meeting called  “The Third Tradition”. They continue to smoke almost a year after the No Smoking Rules have gone into effect. What message does this send to the children they bring to the meetings when they see their parents totally ignoring City park rules? Daytona NA members sit right under the no smoking sign on the pavilion and just next to the large sign stating No Smoking. Plus they are parking on the grass and double parking with cars and motorcycles.
