ICYPAA are Breeding Grounds For Sexual Assaults On Minors
Young peoples groups in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) are extremely dangerous events from a personal safety stand point. ICYPAA events are organized by older members of AA who are and continue to remain Anonymous. You have a hard time running background checks on people who remain anonymous, something that is normally done in choosing a daycare, nanny or house keepers. Unfortunately because of publicity many parents and schools will help to send children and young adults to these events run by older AA members who may have a history of sexual assault or violence that is not known because they hide under the cloak on anonymity that AA provides. You would not hire a daycare, nanny or house keeper to take care of your family if you could not find out about them.
In 2007-2008 a classic example of the stalking and sexual assaults present in Young Peoples Groups in AA was uncovered in the MidTown expose of the Q Group in Washington. The links are still there and can be easily found by a search engine. The sexual perversion of this rogue AA group was especially dangerous to the youth attending AA in their Young Peoples Groups. When the legal implications of what this rogue AA group was doing to the youth under their care became too much, they moved their operations to Tampa Florida and California to the San Diego and San Francisco areas. Washington has calmed down with sexual predators in AA for the time being because of this. Any AA young peoples groups in Florida or California should be looked at carefully to determine their link to MidTown. Remember, you are dealing with a group of older people organizing an event that are Anonymous and could very wellbe tied to the MidTown group or a sexual predator. Care should be taken when sending any of your loved ones to any AA Young Peoples events in Florida or California.

JAMES McCROSKEY NEW HOLLY HILL CITY MANAGER
Below is an excerpt from Hollyhell.com.Looks like the writer was right. McCrowskey DID demand more money from Holly Hill and got it! Sounds like his days were numbered at Daytona Shores-So why is the City of Holly Hill overpaying McCrowskey even against very vocal citizens opposed to it? Seems like the citizens are getting chewed up and spit out! We dont even have safe parks but McCrowskey wanted a raise even though he has been quoted as saying Holly Hill doesnt have enough money to fix a pot hole!
PS-He wont protect the children or locals in the parks from the harassment of Daytona AA or NA meetings either……..
James McCroskey Named New Holly Hill City Manager – 1/31/11
PREDICTION from the “Inside”: James McCroskey New Holly Hill City Manager
Currently making about $125,000 per year as the Assistant City Manager in Daytona Beach Shores, Jim McCroskey is stepping up to become the City Manager on a six month trial basis in Holly Hill.
Despite the city offering a paltry $95,500 City Manager contract, and with no severance package, Holly Hill received over 25 applications but only a dozen or so met the criteria of a 4 years college degree and 5 years experience.
With Holly Hill uncermoniously firing their City Manager Oel Wingo and renegging on her severance package, one has to wonder what McCroskey’s motivation is. Obviously on the surface job security is not on the table, that is unless there is a deal “under” the table.
McCroskey handles the CRA in Daytona Beach Shores and his contract was nearing an end, plus with the property values in decline, the CRA was not in a healthy financial position and cannot continue to sustain paying McCroskey for his CRA duties. No money, no plan. But McCroskey is a very capable manager. Let’s hope he doesn’t get chewed up and spit out by commissioners who don’t get their way.
Remember that in 6 months McCroskey will be able to get more money or he will tell the commission to start looking again. Also, remember that three votes controls.
Watch close citizens, this hiring deal was made by more than one elected official out of the public eye and smacks of Sunshine Law violations.
Listen in to the negotiations and “voting” in the workshop of 2/1/11. Of course they cannot vote in a workshop, but they may choose and bring it to the agenda for Feb. 8th.
Watch and see. From the “See all – Know all” from the inside.

NA Booklet for Parents and Guardians of Young People
This is a real piece of work. I guess it was just an oversight that they did not include what was told in the booklet for youths Where they encourage young people to talk about their sexual encounters and experiences. This is a shocking writing trying to water down the dangers in Florida NA and trying to put parents guard down to not worry about their children or teens attending meetings. This is a disgrace.
Washington D.C.AA Midtown Group Abuses Teens
Midtown Group In Washingtond D.C. is a classic example how AA has no accountability.Even though AA headquarters located in New York City was well aware of the financial and sexual abuses going on at the Midtown Group they continue to ignore and take no responsibility for the actions of it’s members that it takes money from to fatten it’s bank account to pay the executives in New York Big Bucks!

AA Deception and Deniability Article By JR Harris
This article gives insight as to why AA is so dangerous. There is literally no accountability when crimes occur within the organization in an attempt to not become liable for the murders and rapes that take place as a direct result to attending and meeting people at NA/AA meetings.
By JR Harris – July 18, 2011
Despite the fact that AA has a definite chain of command and an AA Corporate home office, it’s members claim that there is no controlling body in Alcoholics Anonymous and can not be held accountable for the actions of its members. It gets away with doing this because of what is called Plausible Deniability. In a nutshell they are using the AA members they recruit as prospects and the cloak of anonymity of the AA Corporate Home Office in New York, to give them a way out of any trouble they may get into. If anything bad happens because of one or more of their members, they quickly abandon that member and disavow any control over that individual or group of individuals to protect themselves using Plausible Deniability by blaming those underneath them.
Plausible deniability refers to the denial of blame in loose and informal chains of command where upper rungs quarantine the blame to the lower rungs, and the lower rungs are often inaccessible, meaning confirming responsibility for the action is nearly impossible. In the case that illegal or otherwise disreputable and unpopular activities become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such act or any connection to the agents used to carry out such acts.
The big problem with this command structure is that currently a percentage of these members come from the court systems as potential violent criminals who deny this because of the anonymity that AA provides. AA is set up to make its members find “prospects” forindoctrination into Alcoholics Anonymous and where to find them.
“Perhaps you are not acquainted with any drinkers who want to recover. You can easily find some by asking a few doctors, ministers, priests or hospitals.” Pg. 89 “Big Book”
The above quote is from the original 164 pages of the “Big Book” and is considered the foundation of the Alcoholics Anonymous movement. Over the years that followed the 1936 publishing of the “Big Book”, the “hospital” part of where they searched for prospects for Alcoholics Anonymous somehow changed to “hospitals and institutions” (H&I) with the institution part referring to the court system for DUI, Drug and Alcohol Courts and the general prison population.
Because of the “cloak” of anonymity and the problem of getting an accurate count of its anonymous members, it is nearly impossible to find out how many people actually come from the court systems. AA members always claim that the percentage is extremely low, but you will also hear many times during meetings that they have been arrested and put in jail where they “hit bottom” and find the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Alcoholics Anonymous and the problems that we are seeing are not going to change until the cloak on anonymity and the plausible deniability of the AA Corporate Office and its individual members are made accountable for their actions.
AA/NA Florida-ACLU Sues Over Faith-based Rehab.Catholic Man forced into Pentecostal Faith
Joseph Hanas,19 when placed in a diversion program for young non-violent offenders-had to fight Pentecostals to practice his own religion! This stuff never ceases to amaze me.

Detroit — In a lawsuit filed on his behalf by the civil rights group, a 23-year-old Catholic man from Genesee County is asking a federal judge to set aside a drug conviction, saying he was punished for not completing a Pentecostal rehabilitation program.
Joseph Hanas was 19 when he pleaded guilty to a marijuana possession charge in February 2001 in Genesee Circuit Court and was placed in a diversion program for young, non-violent offenders.
Upon the recommendation of a probation officer, Judge Robert Ransom sentenced Hanas to the state-sponsored rehabilitation program – the Inner City Christian Outreach Residential Program, run by a Pentecostal church.
Hanas said the program did not offer drug treatment or counseling, nor did it have any organized program other than reading the Bible and attending Pentecostal services.
He said his rosary and prayer book was taken from him and his religion was denounced as witchcraft. Hanas said he was told his only chance of avoiding prison and a felony record was to convert to the Pentecostal faith.
After seven weeks, his mother and lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union in Flint succeeded in getting Hanas back to court.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Detroit, claims Ransom acknowledged the failings of the center but ruled that Hanas did not satisfactorily complete the program and sentenced him to three months in jail, three months in a boot camp, and placed him on a tether for three months. Ransom also placed Hanas on four years probation, which he continues to serve.
This man was punished for insisting on the right to practice Catholicism and refusing conversion to the Pentecostal faith, said Kary Moss, director of the Michigan ACLU.
The pastor who operates the center, Rev. Richard Rottiers could not be reached for comment.
Ransom has retired. Before leaving the bench he said he would not send any more prisoners to the Inner City center, citing a lack of accountability.

AA Florida Ormond Beach Woman Robbed By AA Florida Member
This woman met ‘Lonnie’ at a Florida AA meeting and was robbed. Because of AA’s secretiveness-last name is unknown. This is why you don’t need Daytona AA or Daytona NA meetings in our parks. No one is held accountable. They hide behind being Anonymous. Florida NA and AA have been known to not co-operate with police when a crime has happened to protect their members.
Man Robs Woman He Met At Aa Meeting, Police Say
ORMOND BEACH — Police are searching for a middle-aged white man who robbed an Ormond Beach woman after meeting her at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, authorities said.
The 57-year-old woman met the man at an AA meeting three weeks ago and let him move into her home on Woodland Avenue in Ormond Beach for about a week, police said.
The man assaulted the woman last Thursday, tied her up and stole her television, VCR, jewelry and 1976 Plymouth Valiant, a brown four-door with license number KGK-42Z, police said.
The man, whose first name is Lonnie, was described as 48 or 49 years old, 5-feet-10 and 165 pounds with short brown hair.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Detective John Bayne at (904) 676-3519.

Dangers Of Teenagers and Children Attending Holly Hill Fl AA NA meetings
Local citizens have witnessed children and teens of all ages attend Daytona Beach AA and NA meetings. These minors are exposed to very detailed horror stories of drug and alcohol abuse. It is not healthy emotionally for children to be exposed to the adult nature of these meetings. Many people who attend are felons who have committed violent crimes, and even sexual predators that are mandated by the court system to go to Daytona Beach AA meetings. This is putting members at risk-but what is even worse is putting children and teens in harms way. Daytona AA and NA need to do what is in the best interest of children and teens, and protect them from emotional and physical harm. It is outrageous this is allowed to go on. These organizations know of the dangers minors are exposed to at meetings. Yet they turn a blind eye to this harmful practice of allowing young children and even encouraging teens to attend adult meetings. Your children or teenagers are NOT healthy or safe at Daytona Alcoholics Anonymous or Holly Hill Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Please do not take them to meetings.
Teenager Meets 36 Year Old Man at Florida NA Meeting Ends in Murder
Here is a Florida story about a teenager getting caught up with the wrong crowd by attending a Florida NA meeting. NA is not a ‘safe place’ for your kids, teenagers or anyone for that matter !
In a tangled web of sex tapes and vengeance, a 38-year-old construction supervisor told police he killed an East Lakeland man while trying to protect his teenage girlfriend’s reputation.
Joey Delbert Midgett went to 36-year-old Jonas Ward’s house at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday to retrieve a videotape of Ward and Denise Bradshaw, Midgett’s girlfriend, having sex, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said Thursday.
On Nov. 27, Bradshaw, 19, of Lakeland reported to deputies that Ward had raped her.
When investigators questioned Ward about it, Judd said, he admitted giving her some drugs and having sex. But Ward said Bradshaw had consented, and he had a videotape and photographs to prove it.
Then she told Midgett and after a night of drinking, Midgett told Bradshaw and her roommate, Holly Evans, that he wanted to go see Ward and “get that filth.”The three drove to Ward’s house at 2943 Lunar Circle in Lakeland early Tuesday, and Midgett knocked on the door. “When Ward comes to the door, Joey Midgett said, ‘I’m here to get the videos,'” Judd said. “Ward cusses at him and tries to slam the door, and Midgett’s hand gets caught in the door.”
Midgett, nicknamed The Hangman, told detectives he brought his right hand up to free his trapped left hand, and the pistol in his right hand went off, the sheriff said. Ward died in his living room of a single gunshot wound to his head.
Midgett and Bradshaw returned to their house at 1706 Holly Road in Lakeland, where he punched a hole in a bedroom wall to hide the gun and ammunition. He then took a bath with Bradshaw while Evans watched, and he and Bradshaw had sex, Judd said. Judd described Midgett as a member of the Outlaw motorcycle gang, but the group’s lawyer in Tarpon Springs, Jerry Theophilopoulos, rebutted that claim.
“This is an inaccurate and false statement,” Theophilopoulos said. “The Outlaws basically are a motorcycle club that promotes brotherhood amongst the men.” In his statement to authorities, Midgett said he went to Ward’s house solely to retrieve the video and photographs, but Judd said the evidence doesn’t support that. “If that was the case,” Judd said, “why would he come with a .45-caliber and a trench coat?”
Sheriff’s detectives have charged Midgett with first-degree murder and armed burglary. Bradshaw hasn’t been arrested but remains under investigation, Judd said. Midgett met Bradshaw through her mother, Kimberly, with whom Midgett had a relationship, Judd said.
Bradshaw has a tattoo that reads “The Hangman’s Property” on her back, done by someone other than Ward, detectives said. Midgett and Ward didn’t know each other before the shooting, Judd said.
After authorities rejected her rape allegations, Bradshaw went to Ward’s house Dec. 10 and smashed his camera and computer with a hammer, then punched several holes in the exterior of his mobile home as she was leaving, according to sheriff’s reports. Three days later, authorities arrested her for criminal mischief, and she was released from the Polk County Jail on $500 bail.
Bradshaw initially denied allegations she had damaged his house, Judd said, but then said she had done it and that Ward “was going to get his.” Judd said authorities searched the Holly Road house after Ward was killed and found a pistol and ammunition in the hole in the bedroom wall. “We have every piece of evidence we could possibly want,” he said.
This isn’t Midgett’s first brush with the law. He carries an extensive criminal history in California dating to 1990, and most of the charges involve domestic abuse or harassment, drunken driving and resisting arrest. He was charged with aggravated assault in Polk County in July, but the case wasn’t prosecuted, according to court records.
He has a pretrial conference scheduled Jan. 26 in Polk County Court for two counts of domestic violence filed in September, court records show.

Texas Mom Pleads Guilty In Murder Of 6 Year-Old Son
You never know who might be sitting next to you in an AA meeting. This Texas Mom Juilianne McCrery,42 of Irving Texas, had a felony conviction of a controlled substance -was on 3 years probation in 2004, and 1 year in prison for prostitution in 2009. Typical profile of a AA/NA mandated by the court system while on probation. Many of these offenders are mentally unstable and can snap at any time without proper mental health treatment. Alcoholics Anonymous are not qualified to help these people. Now a child is dead.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A Texas woman accused of killing her 6-year-old son in New Hampshire and disposing of his body in rural Maine will plead guilty to killing him, court officials said.
Forty-two-year-old Julianne McCrery is charged with second-degree murder in the death of her son, Camden Hughes.
Her lawyers did not immediately return messages left by The Associated Press. McCrery pleaded not guilty in May and has since waived all other court appearances. A Rockingham Superior Court clerk says no date has been set for her to enter her guilty plea.
The discovery of Camden’s body under a blanket on a dirt road in South Berwick, Maine, on May 14 launched a nationwide effort to identify him. Even as that effort was under way, McCrery called his Irving, Texas, elementary school daily to report him absent.
A medical examiner says Camden died of asphyxiation. The mother and son had stayed in a New Hampshire motel the weekend before his body was discovered.
Texas public records show that McCrery was arrested at least twice on prostitution charges and once for possession with intent to distribute drugs. In 2009, she was sentenced to one year in prison for a misdemeanor conviction of prostitution. In 2004, she was sentenced to three years of probation for a felony conviction of possession of a controlled substance.

Protestant Church Insurance Companies Handles 260 Sexual Abuse Cases a Year !
The figures released to The Associated Press offer a glimpse into what has long been an extremely difficult phenomenon to pin down — the frequency of sex abuse in Protestant congregations.
Religious groups and victims’ supporters have been keenly interested in the figure ever since the Roman Catholic sex abuse crisis hit five years ago. The church has revealed that there have been 13,000 credible accusations against Catholic clerics since 1950.
Protestant numbers have been harder to come by and are sketchier because the denominations are less centralized than the Catholic church; indeed, many congregations are independent, which makes reporting even more difficult.
Some of the only numbers come from three insurance companies — Church Mutual Insurance Co., GuideOne Insurance Co. and Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Co.
Together, they insure 165,495 churches and worship centers for liability against child sex abuse and other sexual misconduct, mostly Protestant congregations but a few other faiths as well. They also insure more than 5,500 religious schools, camps and other organizations.
The companies represent a large chunk of all U.S. Protestant churches. There are about 224,000 in the U.S., according to the Association of Statisticians of American Religious Bodies, although that number excludes most historically black denominations and some other groups, which account for several thousand congregations.
Man sent to Alcoholics Anonymous for 90 days for Felony Child Neglect
The deputy woke Dascott, who continued to lay on the ground as he was speaking. Dascott said he was “resting”. He said he’d gone to the Tom Thumb with the child and was returning home to his residence on 24th Street.
The child’s grandmother was located and came to the scene to take charge of the child, who was not harmed during the incident. Dascott was arrested and charged with child neglect.
