Convicted Calgary killer who escaped prison granted unescorted leaves

 George Vincent Gyuricza, 45, serving a life sentence for the murder of a 96-year-old woman in 1986, will be allowed unescorted passes to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

A convicted killer who escaped jail and was recaptured after going on a bank-robbery spree has been granted a small step of freedom.

The Parole Board of Canada says George Vincent Gyuricza has earned unescorted temporary absences to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings to “develop a pro-social support network,” the board wrote in its Oct. 17 decision.

Gyuricza, 45, is serving a life sentence for killing 96-year-old Margaret Machon with his bare hands on Oct. 10, 1986.

He was high and intoxicated when he sneaked into the elderly widow’s second-storey downtown Calgary suite through an open balcony door and stole $60. He choked her and stabbed her twice in the throat with the handle of her hairbrush. Continue reading →

Silverado Ranch in Panguitch, Utah is a troubled teen boarding school that incorporates the 12 step program for teens that come through their door. Eric Allen Glossen charged with sexually abusing at least kids at the ranch. This is an outrage that this was allowed to happen to these boys. It is down the road from Troubled Teen School Sorenson’s Ranch in Koosharem, Utah run by Mormons. It also has kids attending AA meetings.

Daytona Beach Alcoholics Anonymous Sunrise Group VIOLATES NO SMOKING SUNRISE PARK RULES IN HOLLY HILL FLORIDA.

Local citizens strolling through the park on a beautiful Sunday morning were admiring the completion of some new projects in the City of Holly Hill, like new sidewalks, repaving of Riverside Dr, and improvements to the park. They were taking pictures of the park and wildlife when they noticed that Daytona AA Sunrise Group from Volusia County Intergroup were defiantly disregarding the no smoking policy. Both Daytona AA and Daytona NA have been refusing to pay rent and running people out of pavilions for years. This group now chooses to disrespect the NO SMOKING rules of the park!

The Norfolk County Veterans Treatment Court in New England had a visit by state representatives, that wanted to see the new Veteran Court. As we learn in this article by the Wicked Local, these Veteran’s are being mandated to Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings and Narcotics Anonymous meetings which is unconstitutional. How can we do this to our veteran’s when they have sacrificed so much to protect our constitutional rights?

A SEVEN-MONTH INVESTIGATION of the Michigan Department of Corrections revealed shocking problems: Agents failed to properly supervise ex-cons accused in a recent series of high-profile murders,  many weren’t sent back to prison for new crimes or failed drug tests. This has cost the lives of many innocent victims.

Joseph Reiner is an example of the system gone awry. He was a heroin addict and had been mandated to 12 step treatment centers and AA meetings. He was convicted this year of killing a 69 year old woman. Across this country ex-cons like Joseph Reiner are mandated to AA meetings, putting other members in grave danger.

Sex Offender felon Alan Wood and Felon Tonia Watson who went to NA Meetiings together, murdered 80 year Nancy Dailey while Alan Wood was an absconder from the law and on probation.

This investigation exposes the tragic  violent crimes that are being comitted by ex-cons on parole like murder and rape.

AA Member Arrested for Setting Fire to Church after Attending AA Meeting

PLYMOUTH-

Stolen checks and a fingerprint have linked a local teen to fires set in a Manomet church parish house this week.

The suspect, a recent arrival to Plymouth from Ohio, attended an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at St. Bonaventure Church parish center just hours before three fires broke out in the parish offices early Tuesday.

The same teen later allegedly cashed a check stolen from the church office at a supermarket in Wareham. Police later found a laptop computer from the church at the teen’s South Plymouth home.

Going To Addiction Treatment Rehab Can Kill You

Many addiction treatment providers are more interested in lining their pockets with money than serving those in need of effective addiction treatment. So many take on patients that they are not properly trained to care for. Most are 12 step based programs mandating people attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings or Narcotics Anonymous meetings. AA and NA 12 step philosophy can not come close to treating the needs of the mentally and physically ill that come into their rooms. In fact it can do more harm than good. Thus having dire consequences as explained in the following article by Psychology Today.

When choosing an Addiction Treatment Center do your research to see if they are qualified to handle your specific needs.
