Many people do not realize that when you are in a public place like a park that
there is no expectation of privacy.One can photograph people of all
ages,police,firemen and events.
NA members dont seem to realize that it is the 1st amendment right that
protects taling pictures in public places of law enforcement,people of all
ages,ambulances and the list goes on. One cannot expect privacy in a public
park.You do not have to ask permission.If people want privacy they need to be
in a private setting where privacy is expected.A public park and other public
places do not give citizens any right to privacy.
