I wonder if the owners of MARINA GRANDE ON THE HALIFAX IN HOLLY HILL FLORIDA realize that the root of the problems that we have long endured in HOLLY HILL CITY PARKS is due to the complacency and resistance of our city officials to update Holly Hill’s Park policies.
This is gone on for a long time as residents know all too well! Citizens have tried and tried to bring this to the attention of city officials but are consistently met with resistance and apathy. 18 months ago, citizens made arrangements with Daytona who agreed to share all their information and guidelines with us for adaptation, TOTALLY FREE. Making it that much easier, but so far they have squandered Daytona’s generous offer! Low standards get low results. No guidelines in a public park is an attractive nuisance that breeds chaos!

Sunrise Park is dealing with perverts in the park. One man keeps being tresspassed from the park, but his sickness is so compulsive he cannot stay away. He will drive in and out of the park numerous times a day.
With Ross Point bathrooms closed, problems are getting worse. Maybe Marina Grande Condos and The River Lily Inn can help save Sunrise Park. This can’t be good for business! Maybe the City of Holly Hill will listen to the big businesses in the area.
That is a shame parents and children have to be exposed this(no pun intended!). The police need to do more to protect kids playing in the park.Sexual predators like to lurk in playgrounds where children play.
